How long until my order ships?
Current sewing time is about 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping usually takes another 3 to 5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat $6 shipping anywhere in the United States, and free on orders over $75.
How do sizes work on the kids pieces?
Dress sizes run from 0 to 3 months through 7 to 8 years. The price shown on the product page updates when you choose a size.
What are the two fabrics?
The primary fabric is used for the main part of the piece. The secondary fabric is used for the lining, trim, ties, or contrast details.
Can I pick a fabric that is not listed?
Possibly. Send us a message with what you are looking for before ordering. We’ll tell you what’s possible and what it costs.
Do you take returns?
Made-to-order pieces are cut for the size and fabrics you select. If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us so we can make it right.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. Online shipping is currently limited to the United States.
Can I pick up locally?
Local pickup is not available through online checkout yet. Contact us before ordering if you are near Ottumwa and want to ask about pickup.
Can I order a custom size or a custom piece?
